Gym Based Personal Training

Making the most of all the latest and best gym equipment available on the market, personal training sessions down at the Lockmeadow Health Club will be something you won’t forget. The facilities are second to none with a fully equipped state of the art gymnasium, 25m swimming pool and FREE parking. Personal training sessions are based on an hours training, where by your trainer will devise a personalised program based on your wants and needs. We offer optional fitness testing and movement assessments to highlight any strengths and weaknesses that you may want to focus on.

 

Online Personal Training- Via BodyElite app

BodyElite offers a way to train and live a healthier lifestyle at the touch of a button.

Clients will benefit from up to 5 personalised workout programs designed by our professional personal trainers, as well as a bespoke diet plan that reflects your lifestyle and diet requirements. Exercise videos, training logs, body measurements and weight, photo progress are all included within the app, along with 24/7 access and support via the BodyElite team. Our service is available monthly or yearly.

Group Personal Training

 

Training with a friend or partner is a great way to motivate each other to get great results. These sessions can take place at the Lockmeadow health club, outdoors or at home – depending on space. This option is ideal for people who lack motivation.

Home Personal Training

 

BodyElite will visit you in the comfort of your home and deliver an exhilarating personal training session. Gym equipment is not always required, but this depends on the client’s desires. We will bring free- weights, medicine balls, kettle bells and any other portable tools. Prices vary on distance.

Outdoor Personal Training

 

Outdoor training is a fun way to exercise as we improvise gym equipment with whatever is available, such as playground equipment, steps or a playing field for running. It also boasts something the gym doesn’t have – fresh air. This type of training is a great way to add some variety to your workout regime and avoid gym membership fees. Outdoor training can also be delivered to groups. Prices vary on distance.

 

Personal Program Design (1/2 hour)

 

After a thorough consultation and a goal has been set, BodyElite will design a revolutionary program with all the latest exercises and techniques of achieving the best results in the shortest amount of time.

 

Stretching Sessions (1/2 hour)

 

Stretching is a great way to improve your posture and flexibility to avoid or relief any back pain. After a postural assessment to determine tight muscles, a BodyElite trainer will stretch your muscles, at the start or the end of a training session, using various techniques and covering all major areas.

 

Food intolerances

 

At BodyElite we offer food intolerance testing. The simple finger prick test can be taken in your home, workplace or at the gym with our qualified staff.

Over 45% of the population react adversely to foods that they eat, which whilst not life threatening, can have a massive impact on someone’s quality of work and home life.

A recent study has shown that those who eliminated trigger foods based on food-specific IgG test results had reductions in weight, body mass index, waist and hip circumference and improvements in all indi- cators of quality of life that were measured. The quality of life indicators included physical and emotional wellbeing, mental health, social life, pain levels and vitality.
